M&E Manager

We are looking for a hands-on M&E Manager to oversee site execution of M&E works. This role is site-based and responsible for coordination, supervision, and delivery of M&E works in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site execution of M&E works
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and main contractor teams
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Manage site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Monitor progress and resolve site technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Attend site meetings and report progress to management
• Support handover and defect rectification works

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years' relevant site-based M&E experience in Singapore construction industry
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation and coordination
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and site practices
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors on site
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
