About the Company

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee M&E projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and main contractors.
• Attend site meetings and resolve project-related issues.
• Prepare project documentation, technical submissions, and progress claims.
• Monitor project costs and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise the project team to achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.
• Minimum Degree in Engineering or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
