M&E Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Electrical or ACMV projects, from planning and installation to testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, budgets, and cost controls.
• Supervise site activities, subcontractors, vendors, and project progress.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee electrical systems (LV/HV, power distribution, lighting, ELV) or mechanical systems (ACMV/HVAC).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical issues, manage project risks, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning, documentation, and final project handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Electrical or ACMV systems, including engineering and project management.
• Strong knowledge of system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Good project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be on 24/7 standby when required.
