M&E Project Manager

Salary $7,000 - $9,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall M&E project from planning, design coordination, procurement, installation to completion.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, ACMV/HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and other M&E works.
• Lead and supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, manpower and resources.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and authorities.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• With 6 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in M&E construction/project management.
