M&E Project Manager/BS Engineer (Interior Fit Out Projects)

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent M&E Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee M&E design, site coordination, and project execution for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver M&E design solutions for interior fit‑out projects in compliance with technical requirements and statutory regulations.
• Develop work programmes, method statements, and material submission documents.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and effective coordination.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement sound engineering solutions.
• Plan and drive project completion within the approved schedule and budget.
• Maintain complete and accurate site documentation and records.
• Identify technical and programme risks; recommend value engineering options to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with designers, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in E&M Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E&M engineering projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD-based drawing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
