M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) - Electrical

Job Requirement：

• MUST HAVE either Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR M&E Coordination Cert with Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of experience as a M&E RTO
• Possess M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES / ACE
• 5 days work
• OT provided beyond working hours

Job Description:

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer
• Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
