M&E Senior Technician

Key Responsibilities

-Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs,  FCUs, split units, package units, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems.

-Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate testing equipment.

-Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, evacuation, and pressure testing.

-Carry out testing and commissioning (T&C) of HVAC systems.

-Replace compressors, motors, fans, sensors, valves, filters, belts, and other HVAC components.

-Complete daily service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

-Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.

-Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call service requests when required.

Requirements

-Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Electrical, or a related field.

-Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC service and maintenance experience.

-Experience with chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, split units, pumps, and cooling towers.

-Good understanding of electrical wiring, control systems, and refrigeration principles.

-Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Possess a valid driving license.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team.

-Willing to travel to customer sites and work overtime when required.
