M&E SITE ENGINEER

Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent.
• Experienced in Fire Protection System, Plumbing System, HVAC System, Process System, Gas System, Electrical/ELV system or Cleanroom will be added advantageous.
• Construction site working experience in industrial project is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position.
• Candidate must able to work 6 working days per week
• Candidate able to conversant in Chinese (Verbal & Written) will be an advantage due to work the need liaise with China HQ and Team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordination with multiple parties not limited to design consultants/engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies, contractor etc. for the establishment of the design/construction deliverables requirements for submission
• Liaise with client’s representatives for all necessary services diversion/removal, technical issues, all necessary certificates, documents, as-built drawings, etc for CSC and final handing over
• Assist the procurement/operation team by providing all necessary technical input to facilitate the award of procurement/subcontract packages
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• Site coordination and manage MEP subcontractors’ work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission, and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion
• Any other MEP related matter as and when assigned by the project manager.
