M&E Supervisor

Qualifications & experience

• Holder of PW4 license is an added advantage.
• Good operating knowledge Autocad.
• Relevant working experience in M&E construction (high-rise).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supervise work progress and ensure the construction work deliver within the schedule.
• Attend to the site problems and report accordingly with problem solving suggestion.
• Quality Control, to ensure construction works meet client's requirement and specification
• Communicate with project team on construction progress and methodology.
• Follow up with authority’s requirement and procedure to ensure CCC is obtained within schedule.
• Verify progress with sub-contractors and report to Management.
• Liaise and coordinate activities with the client’s representatives and among consultants, project team, surveyors, subcontractors and local authorities to ensure all requirements are up to satisfaction
• Fully addressed and incorporated during design and construction stage.
• Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure all works are in compliance with the drawings and contract requirements.
