M&E Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E activities that are carried out at the construction site;
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations;
• Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring their compliance with project timelines and quality requirements;
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure the proper installation, functioning, and maintenance of M&E systems;
• Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site;
• Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times;
• Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements;
• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Certificate in Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as an M&E Site Supervisor in the construction industry;
• Knowledge in plumbing work is advantage;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a construction environment;
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office;

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
