M&E Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of M&E systems including HVAC, AHU, FCU, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, fire protection and BMS.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assign daily work and provide technical guidance and support to M&E technicians.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and defects.
• Lead troubleshooting and response to critical building incidents.
• Manage and coordinate contractors for maintenance, repairs, inspections and minor works.
• Monitor contractor performance, work quality and compliance with service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, permit-to-work and relevant statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor equipment and system performance.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support the Facilities Manager in daily operations, client requirements and business continuity matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E / facilities management experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and building services.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing contractors.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
• Knowledge of BMS, fire protection systems and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, permit-to-work and statutory requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and respond effectively to building incidents.
• Experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings or integrated facilities management is preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm
