M&E Site Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor M&E works at site in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and report site issues to the superior.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate site activities when required.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Prepare site progress reports and related documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in M&E construction projects.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiar with site supervision, coordination and M&E installation works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.
