MANDHI CHEF

We are looking for an experienced Mandhi Chef to join a restaurant team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic Mandhi and traditional Arabic rice dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic chicken and meat Mandhi according to restaurant recipes.
• Prepare rice, marinades, spices, and other ingredients.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and food presentation.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and kitchen hygiene.
• Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety procedures and restaurant standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mandhi Chef is preferred.
• Knowledge of Mandhi preparation techniques, spices, and cooking methods.
• Ability to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
