M&P Supervisor

• Analyze purchasing needs and forecast stock requirements to support company operations
• Prepare and manage purchase lists, categorized into recurring monthly purchases and one-time procurement
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and vendor records using Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Source and communicate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations and evaluate pricing
• Create and process purchase orders based on minimum stock levels and operational needs
• Monitor delivery timelines and service execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms
• Conduct quality verification of goods/services against purchase agreements
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate recording of incoming goods
• Liaise with the finance department to support timely payment processing
• Prepare and present purchasing data, reports, and insights when required
• Continuously review purchasing performance to improve efficiency and cost control
• Ensure accuracy, documentation completeness, and adherence to deadlines

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting stock requirements
• Proficient in managing and analyzing data using Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Able to present and clearly explain data insights
• Capable of coordinating effectively with internal departments and limited external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in meeting deadlines
