Manegement Trainee Program

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or young professionals with up to two years of full-time work experience.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities through student organizations, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
