Manfuacturing/Process engineer / Management Consulting

I’m supporting a specialist manufacturing consultancy as it continues to grow its US team across Consultant and Senior Consultant levels.

We are looking for strong Process and Manufacturing Engineers who have built their experience in complex, commercial manufacturing environments and want more pace, more exposure, to high profile clients, more deep technically challenging projects and a much steeper career trajectory.

The work is hands-on and focused on real operational improvement:

• Yield and throughput

• Capacity and cycle time

• Waste and scrap reduction

• Process bottlenecks

• Cost and manufacturing performance

We want people who can combine strong engineering fundamentals with analytical problem solving and show clear, measurable impact in a steady-state manufacturing environment.

Chemical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering backgrounds are particularly relevant.

For the more senior hires, we also need evidence of leading work, influencing stakeholders, and developing direct reports careers.

One non-negotiable: travel.

You will spend four days per week on client sites. There is no Boston relocation requirement and you can be based anywhere in the US as long as you are close to a large international airport, but the travel is a fundamental part of the role.
