Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on manicuring techniques & nail art
• Develop detailed lesson plans that incorporate practical demonstrations and theoretical knowledge in areas like nail care
• Guide students through hands-on practice of skills including gel and acrylic nails
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth in cosmetology and related disciplines
• Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment by adhering to health regulations and sanitation standards for all aesthetic treatments
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Assist in curriculum updates to ensure alignment with industry standards and certification requirements

Experience

• Proven classroom experience teaching adult learners in Nail Technology
• Extensive hands-on experience with nail care procedures including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art design
• Knowledge of anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments and massage therapy
• Strong lesson planning skills with the ability to create engaging instructional materials for diverse learning styles
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while motivating students to excel in their careers
