Role Description The Manicurist role at Another is a full-time, on-site position based in Athens. In this role, the professional will perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and nail art, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable services and products, and ensuring a comfortable, positive experience. The Manicurist will manage their workstation, keep tools and equipment properly cleaned, sterilized and organized, and follow all safety and health guidelines. The role also involves working closely with the salon team, supporting appointment scheduling, and promoting services and products to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nail Care and Nails, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and cuticle care.
• Experience or education in Cosmetology, with a focus on professional salon practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to create and apply Nail Art aligned with client preferences and current trends.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Relevant cosmetology or nail technician certification or license, in accordance with local regulations.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
• Willingness to follow health and safety protocols and to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Availability to work full-time, including peak salon hours, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in English
