Manicurist

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Manicurist to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-quality nail care services—including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, while delivering an exceptional experience for every client. The ideal candidate maintains high standards of cleanliness, stays up to date on trends, and builds strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicures and pedicures (classic, gel, acrylic, dip powder, and express treatments).
• Provide hand, arm, foot, and lower leg massages during treatments.
• Clean, shape, buff, polish, and care for natural nails safely and precisely.
• Assess client nail health and recommend suitable treatments or protective care products.

Hygiene & Sanitation Standards

• Clean, sterilize, and sanitize all tools and equipment before and after each client using proper autoclave or barbicide procedures.
• Maintain a immaculate, organized, and welcoming workstation.
• Adhere strictly to state/local health regulations and salon safety guidelines.

Client Relations & Sales

• Greet clients warmly and consult with them to understand their styling preferences and nail goals.
• Provide expert advice on home nail care, oil treatments, and hand moisturizers.
• Cross-sell salon services and retail products (e.g., cuticle oils, hand creams, polishes).
• Build a loyal client base through polite, friendly, and memorable customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience working as a manicurist/nail tech in a salon or spa setting (preferred).

Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
