Manifesting Staff / Documentation Staff (Admin)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and verify shipping, receiving, and cargo documentation for daily operations.
• Perform accurate data entry of inventory, delivery manifests, and shipment statuses into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all operational records.
• Coordinate actively with the operations team, warehouse supervisors, and transport drivers to ensure smooth handovers.
• Handle basic customer or vendor inquiries regarding shipment statuses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum O-Level, Nitec, or equivalent academic qualifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to new software/systems.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior administrative experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping is highly advantageous.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

Full-time, permanent employment.

44 hours per week.

Working pattern: Regular Hours. Location: East of Singapore.
