Manlift Operator

About the Role
Operate manlift equipment safely to lift and position workers at elevated work areas while following proper safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate manlift equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections.
• Ensure loads and operations are within safe limits.
• Follow site safety rules and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with workers and ground personnel.
• Report equipment defects or malfunctions.
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manlift Operator.
• Valid TESDA NC II certification or equivalent.
• At least High School graduate.
• Knowledge of manlift safety and proper operation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Willing to work onsite, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
