Job Description Provides technical expertise to aid in executing strategies within a specific function, developing detailed plans and recommendations to advance business/network/agency objectives. Works on complex projects that influence key operational goals and strategic priorities. Operates as a subject-matter expert to provide guidance and support to junior professionals and teams.

Drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimising performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E‑commerce platforms. Develops and executes data‑driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalised, and automated media delivery.

Leverages performance data, audience signals, and real‑time insights to optimise media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation. Navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel.
