Manpower Coordinator

Identify manpower requirements based on project/client needs in coordination with HR & Operations.

Source skilled and unskilled manpower locally and internationally through agencies, vendors, and direct channels.

Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with manpower suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

Manage relationships with manpower agencies and maintain an updated vendor database.

Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower to project sites.

Review supplier proposals and ensure manpower quality as per client standards.

Prepare purchase orders (POs), agreements, and manpower supply contracts.

Monitor supplier performance and compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE manpower industry experience required

Experience in blue-collar and skilled manpower recruitment

Handle bulk and urgent manpower requirements

Lead and coordinate the manpower hiring team

Coordinate with manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies

Handle supplier payments, payment requests, and regular payment follow-ups

Maintain proper records of supplier invoices, outstanding payments, and settlements

Strong candidate sourcing, screening and follow-up skills

Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills

Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
