What they need
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas operations.
- Previous work experience in Qatar mandatory strong understanding of manpower mobilization.
- Workforce planning, recruitment,deployment and demobalization.
- Experience in thoroughly reviewing and shortlisting manpower profiles for Oil & Gas clients, verifying qualifications, relevant experience, certifications, technical competencies, and compliance with client specific requirements before submission.
