Job Context Mohsin Overseas Ltd is a diversified business group operating in multiple business sectors. We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and responsible Manpower Representative to support our overseas manpower recruitment operations, documentation, government liaison activities, and manpower deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) procedures and be capable of handling manpower-related documentation and coordination efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate overall manpower recruitment and overseas employment-related activities.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with the Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) and other concerned government authorities.
• Handle BMET-related procedures, documentation, online applications, submissions, follow-ups, and necessary approvals.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain manpower-related documents, records, files, and reports accurately.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding required documents, registration, processing status, and deployment procedures.
• Assist in overseas manpower processing, clearance, and migration-related activities.
