Manual and Automation Test Engineer

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities and Must have Skills:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to define test goals and test conditions
• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for new features and regression testing
• Prepare and maintain test environments and generate required test data
• Document test execution results and identify, analyze, retest and track defects
• Maintain, improve, and monitor automated regression tests (e.g., Python)
• Prepare and participate in test and integration workshops
• Good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams in a DevTestOps approach
• Conduct structured, exploratory, system, system-integration, and end-to-end tests for custom CRM solutions
• Design, develop, and execute automated API tests to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability of backend services.
• Improve test stability, coverage, and execution efficiency

Nice to have :

• Maintain, improve, and execute load and performance tests (e.g., Gatling)
