What they need
- High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or equivalent
- With experience in offset printing, die cutting, or post-press operations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in die cut machine setup, operation, and adjustment
- Able to read and understand job orders, layout specifications, and production instructions
- Familiar with die cutting materials, tools, and machine parts
- Knowledgeable in quality checking, alignment, registration, and cutting accuracy
- Capable of troubleshooting minor machine problems
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
- Physically fit and able to work under production schedules and deadlines
- Willing to render overtime and shifting schedules if required
- Familiar with safety procedures, machine handling, housekeeping, and 5S standards
