Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manual Machinist Helper and be a vital part of precision metalworking operations! Role includes assisting machinists in setting up and operating manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.

Duties

• Set up and operate manual machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Utilize milling machines and other machining tools to fabricate components.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Program CAM software for efficient machining processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC machining and programming.
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools, including milling machines.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol, Fanuc controls, and CAM programming is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
