This role is ideal for associates who are looking to grow their career by working independently within a group practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of techniques tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain positive client feedback
• Maintain positive working atmosphere
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Maintain good reliability in attendance to scheduled appointments and shifts
• Keep clear and concise documentation and record keeping
• Act in accordance with Ontario laws and industry standards
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients where necessary
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical cases, WSIB an asset
• Background in personal training and asset
• Spa experience an asset
• Good attitude and positive work ethic
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client concerns

• Valid licensure or certification for your field, current liability insurance
