Educational Qualification(s)

BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MCM/BCA/MSc, PGDCA, or equivalent degree in a related field.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Thoroughly test web applications to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Identify, document, and track defects with precision using tools like JIRA, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
• Analyze business requirements to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential issues before development begins.
• Prepare and maintain key QA documentation, including test plans, defect reports, and status reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met throughout the STLC.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving ss to debug issues and ensure a high-quality end product.

Minimum Requirements:

Required Skill set:

• Proven hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing for web applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in creating detailed Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and managing Test Data.
• Proficiency in defect management and reporting using tools like JIRA.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging ss with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Preferred Skill set:

• Basic knowledge of database/SQL for backend data validation.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Exposure to performance and security testing concepts.
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or QTest.
• Basic understanding of automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
