Manual Testing Engineer

• Manual testing of front-end, API and back-end layers; Conducting defect triage meetings providing details about the defects to the team; Writing test cases, executing tests and recording the results;
• Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance manual testing;
• Monitoring and debugging issues in both staging and production environments; Manual testing of front-end, API and back-end layers; Building and executing detailed test plans from functional requirements; Accurate and concise bug reports
• Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of environments and Explore alternate work arounds
• Individual Contributor for Testing from analysis to build delivery
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity if any ramp up in future
• Certification: ISTQB fundamental/ Advanced level will be added advantage
