Manufacturing Admin

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Admin to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing order processing, BOM documentation, inventory coordination, production data management, and general administrative support to ensure smooth production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and close Manufacturing Orders (MO) and Transfer Orders (TO) based on Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Maintain accurate BOM records, including contingency BOMs, sub-assemblies, and final documentation
• Manage serial number assignments, product labels, and packaging documentation
• Update project routing hours and manufacturing data in the system based on project requirements
• Coordinate MO output, cable-related manufacturing orders, and BOM revisions
• Assist engineers with transfer orders, stock verification, rework, and revision transfers
• Monitor manufacturing inventory, conduct bi-weekly stock checks, and coordinate urgent purchasing requirements
• Maintain inventory records for manufacturing miscellaneous items and JDM stock
• Prepare overtime (OT) forms and maintain accurate production and project records
• Scan, file, and upload manufacturing documents to the designated company server
