Manufacturing Administrator

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Manufacturing Administrator to support our daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This position will handle order processing, shipping/receiving documentation, inventory records, production process assitance,and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOLs (Bills of Lading), packing lists, and shipping documents
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding orders and shipments
• Assist with receiving incoming materials and products
• Maintain inventory records and update quantities in the system
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers when needed
• Organize and maintain production, shipping, receiving, and inventory documents
• Receive and process customer and internal orders
• Create and update production work orders and production schedules
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or administrative environment preferred
• Fluent English communication skills
• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced factory environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• This position is based at our manufacturing facility.
• Regular communication with production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and management teams.
• Occasional movement between the office and factory floor may be required.

Schedule: Full-time, In person
Location: Ennis, TX

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
