National Workforce is currently seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assemblers to join our busy production team in Chipping Norton

🔧 About the Role

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling products using hand tools
• Operating machinery when required
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Moving finished products using trolleys and pallet jacks
• Stock counting and general production duties
• Repetitive lifting of up to 10kg
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

👷 About You

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production experience is preferred.

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable, punctual and committed to attending work consistently
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Able to follow instructions and work to production requirements
• Safety-focused and willing to follow workplace procedures
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 10kg
• Available 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Available to attend a site walkthrough prior to commencing
• Hold full Australian working rights
