Trackless Vehicles is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler to join our team.
The Manufacturing Assembler supports daily plant operations by assembling MT tractors and attachments accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to company specifications and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts to supervisors or lead hands.
• Label and organize parts and finished components accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues (asset).
• Experience operating overhead cranes (asset).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Schedule
Full-time permanent position, 43.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm
Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Work Environment: Warehouse/manufacturing environment
Physical Demands

• Occasionally required to lift 50 lbs.
• Required to remain standing for long periods of time
• Exposure to cold, heat, and noise
