CK Power is looking for Manufacturing Assembly Technicians at our St. Louis, MO location. In this role you will be responsible for putting together parts to create a finished product. This will require technical expertise, precision, and an understanding of how different components function together.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand the assembly process.
• Assemble components and parts in accordance with the design specifications.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that the assembled product meets the quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment to ensure its properly functioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control specialists, to improve the assembly process.
• Document and report any product assembly issues or deviations from the standard process.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to think independently, problem-solve, and be flexible.
• Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. with overtime as required.
• Steel toed boots/shoes.

What Helps:

• Understanding/ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions.
• Problem solving skills.
• Mechanical, automotive, or assembly experience.
• Ability to provide your own basic hand tools. (preferred)
