Manufacturing Assistant Manager

I. Job Summary

The Manufacturing Assistant Manager shall report to the Manufacturing Head in overseeing the manufacturing processes of Pioneer adhesives, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to safety standards. This role involves coordinating production schedules, managing resources and troubleshooting issues to meet production goals.

II. Roles and Responsibilities

§  Assists in planning and executing schedules for Pioneer adhesive products.

§  Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

§  Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency

§  Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly

§  Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

§  Prepare and present production reports to management team

§  Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce cost.

III. Qualifications and Education Requirements

§  Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Manufacturing or related field

§  5 years experience in production management, preferably in an adhesives or chemical company

§  Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

§  Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
