Manufacturing Assistant Manager

The Manufacturing Assistant Manager is responsible for managing production operations in the assigned area, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in line with quality and manufacturing standards.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to meet output requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance while maintaining quality, food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, equipment upgrades, and innovation opportunities.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines
• With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
