Manufacturing Associate - Manufacturing Technician

First-Year Retention Bonus Program

New Generation Wellness offers a First-Year Retention Bonus Program for eligible regular full-time employees. As a Manufacturing Associate scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week, you are eligible to participate. The program provides milestone-based bonus payments tied to your continued employment and satisfactory performance throughout your first year.

To receive each payment, you must be actively employed on the milestone date and on the date payment is processed. Bonus payments are subject to applicable tax withholding. You are not required to submit a separate form to receive payment. HR will track eligibility and milestone dates, and your manager may be asked to confirm your performance standing before each payment is issued.

Employees who separate from employment or are placed under formal corrective action before a milestone date will not earn the unpaid portion of the bonus. Once a bonus installment has been earned and paid, it is not subject to repayment unless otherwise required by a separate written agreement. New Generation Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Training Cell Program

As you grow into a Manufacturing Technician role, you may participate in our structured Training Cell Program, which is designed to build your skills and certifications progressively across our manufacturing operations. Each cell includes up to three proficiency levels, with advancement based on demonstrated skill, time in position, and performance against production standards.

Training cells available include Weigh Room, Blending, Compression, Encapsulation, and Coating. Each covers the equipment, documentation, and quality standards specific to that area. Your manager will track your progression and guide you through the process when you get started.

As you advance through the levels, you may be eligible for pay increases that reflect your growing skill set and contributions to the team. More details will be shared during onboarding.
