Manufacturing Associate- Assembly & Molding

Full-Time 1st Shift

Ventura Manufacturing is looking for hands-on, dependable team members to join our production team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, learning different manufacturing processes, and staying active throughout the day.

Our team members are cross-trained and may work in different production areas based on business needs. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple processes while helping us build high-quality products our customers can depend on.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on production, molding, and assembly work
• Learn multiple manufacturing processes and work areas
• Complete visual quality inspections throughout the production process
• Clean and inspect lenses and other components
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Identify defects or quality concerns before products move forward
• Move between work areas as production needs change
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Step in to help teammates and keep production moving

Experience We'd Love to See

You don't need experience in everything below. If you've worked with any of these, we definitely want to hear from you:

• Silicone molding or other molding processes
• Injection molding
• Manufacturing or assembly
• Wiring or electrical assembly
• Lasers or laser equipment
• Lighting or UVA products
• Sewing or upholstery
• Quality inspection
• Other hands-on work requiring strong attention to detail
