Manufacturing Associate

We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support daily operations at an automotive manufacturing facility in Austin. This is a hands-on position for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of manufacturing and material-handling tasks.

Position Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Assist with wheel and tire assembly processes.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, or other issues.
• Prepare completed products and materials for shipment.
• Use scanners and basic computer systems to track materials and inventory.
• Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work in different areas of the operation as needed to support production.
• Follow all workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling is preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn new processes and perform a variety of tasks.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing and active throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to maintain safe work practices while meeting production and quality expectations.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Must be available to work the assigned shift consistently.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay & Opportunity

• $15.00–$16.00 per hour
