Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate - (Leesport, PA) to work on a contract basis. This position involves supporting production and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods according to specifications.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before shipment.

• Pack, label, and prepare items for distribution or storage.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with regulations.

• Follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistent output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders.

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Familiarity with quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
