Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Associate you may be required to work individually or in a work team across a variety of departments within the Liberty, NC facility, which may include, but are not limited to the following:

· Trailer Preparation

· Plumbing (Air, Electrical, Hydraulic)

· Final Assembly (Tires, Decals, Decking)

· Sand Blasting/Shot Blasting

Basic Qualifications:

· Previous automotive, mechanical, or construction experience.

· Experience with Table Saws and Radial Arm Saws.

· Able to read, write, and interpret documents.

· Able to read a tape measure down to at least 1/16”.

· Lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Top Candidates Qualifications may include:

· 1 to 3 years of assembly/repairing/troubleshooting experience.

· 1 to 3 years of automotive experience.

· 1 to 3 years of residential or industrial maintenance experience.

· 1 to 3 years of construction experience.

· Experience with assembly tools (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.)

· Associate in Applied Science Degree – Automotive Systems, Electrical Systems

· Military Service.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Starting hourly pay rate of $16.50/hr to $18.50/hr plus incentives.

· 1st Shift Position, 40 hour work weeks with potential for Overtime.

· Military Service Premium at $1.00 per hour.

Additional Information:

· All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening before they can be hired to any Liberty Trailers position.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
