What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Production Employee, you’ll play a key role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production.

• Packout of "Work in Progress" to a finished good.

• Following production schedules and meeting quality standards.

• Performing routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.

• Keeping accurate records of production data and reporting any issues.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
