Job Title: Fab Operator/ Manufacturing Associate

Work Location: Chandler, AZ

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: 5+ months contract

Salary/Wage Range: $24 - $26.40 per hour on W2.

Description

We are now seeking a Fab Operator to join the team. As a Fab Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of electronic components to given schedule using a range of equipment and processes with a cleanroom environment.

This position is shift-based with multiple positions across 1st or 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. 1st Shift hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM. 2nd shift hours: 2:00PM - 10:30PM.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of material to the required quality standards and standard operating procedures.
• Preparation of materials and tooling to applied standards.
• Undertake periodic quality checks on equipment and processes, as specified.
• Gathering and recording of data.
• Carry out visual inspection of product according to the device specific criteria.
• Identify non-compliant material or abnormal events, taking appropriate action as detailed in applied specifications.
• Contribute improvement activities and participate within working groups.
• Achieve production targets by undertaking tasks according to specified plan and priorities using local decision making to account for material and equipment availability.
• Interface with maintenance and engineering staff regularly throughout a shift.
