Manufacturing Bindery Operator

· Monitors quality and quantity of product during rewind/banding

· Produces and verifies finished rolls/cut and fan-folded per customer specifications

· Identifies finished product as specified and delivers to shipping area for wrapping, ensuring no damage or deterioration

· Shrink wraps finished rolls, and packages and delivers to Shipping

· Packages and identifies product in-line as specified

· Expected to work overtime as needed

· AS NEEDED: Handles finished product off the presses when the process requires a press helper.

Education Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Able to work with minimal supervision.

· Follows direction well, in a fast-paced environment.

· Good with fine motor skills.

· Excellent work ethic and attitude.

· General computer and math skills.

· Proficient in reading a ruler.

Physical Requirements

· Position requires constant standing with frequent reaching and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

This is a 2nd shift position working 2:45pm-12:00am M-Th and Fridays 2:45-6:45pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
