Manufacturing Capability Engineer-Automation

• Managing the delivery of the automation processes at BAT’s appointed 3rd party manufacturers, related to device assembly or packaging processes.
• Defining the acceptance criteria, reviewing supplier’s process documentations and holding the supplier to account for the delivery of the automation processes.
• Generating data and action plans to support the qualification of automation processes in-line with BAT’s standards and procedures.
• Liaising with the project team on the status of the activities taking place in supplier sites, providing timely reports and attending project team meetings as required.
• Participation in supplier selection processes to identify and select partners for new projects. 任职要求： “Must have” essential requirements
