Manufacturing Coordinator/Planner (Fresh Graduates/Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on the master production plan.
• Coordinate Kanban and material requisitions to support production requirements.
• Place and monitor material orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor, update, and close production orders in the system.
• Control and monitor production inventory levels.
• Coordinate with CS and Master Planner to ensure smooth order execution and prevent line stoppage.
• Follow up closely on material status, shortages, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production progress and support on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate and follow up with material handlers to ensure smooth material flow.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, material planning, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, production planning, and material flow.
• Able to coordinate and manage material handlers effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage, especially for communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
