• manufacturing experience - either in Yield or Capital mgmt

At the bare minimum, anyone who has handled SQL queries for RTIME or gSFT and has worked with supply chain personnels for making Python based PoV are great candidate.

1. Manufacturing Precision Yield

Currently, there is a manual process to assign the waste generated during each phase of the production process. The goal is to automate this process using code and create a Streamlit UI for visualization. The process should be able to run automatically each time the underlying data is refreshed. In addition, there will be an analytical component to test and validate certain hypotheses.

2. Strategic Capital Planning

Currently, the Strategic Capital Planning process is performed manually for Manufacturing. The goal is to automate this process using code and create a Streamlit UI for visualization. Similarly, the process should be able to run automatically each time the underlying data is refreshed.

For both initiatives, contractors should already have experience with the Manufacturing business and working with Manufacturing data , including datasources such as Rtime, Downtime, Waste, WAGES, Equipment, Specifications, ... In addition, they should have strong technical skills in Python, Databricks, Streamlit and data analysis .
