Manufacturing Engineer (BOM )

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for test engineering activities and provide technical support for production lines.
2. Set up, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for production test systems and equipment.
3. Establish, update, and maintain test procedures, work instructions (WI), and engineering documentation.
4. Monitor product yield, analyze test data, and drive continuous improvement activities to meet quality and productivity targets.
5. Perform tester setup, preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, GR&R, correlation studies, and troubleshooting of test equipment.
6. Conduct Failure Analysis (FA), root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for production issues, customer returns, and test failures.
7. Troubleshoot and debug PCBA and complete system products during development and mass production stages.
8. Analyze test results, identify process improvements, and support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities.
9. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to support testing and troubleshooting activities.
10. Train and certify technicians, line leaders, trainers, and operators on test procedures, equipment operation, and troubleshooting methods.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Test Engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams.
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and product structure.
• Understanding of Work Instructions (WI), Production Control Process (PCP), and manufacturing process control.
• Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Intermediate level of English communication, both written and spoken.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
